What are hours of Operation?

We are open from 4:00pm to 4:00am CST.

Can I arrive at a different time then my ticket reservation?

Please arrive at your exact selected ticketed reservation time on high demand days, specifically Fridays & Saturdays, or in the allotted 30-minute window of time following the start time of your reservation.

Please Note: if have purchased a ticket with the hopes of coming during a SOLD OUT time period on our website please be aware we will NOT FOR ANY REASON be accepting arrivals at incorrect ticket times or walk up ticket sales. During SOLD OUT times we are very strict about entry during specific allotted time slots for the enjoyment of everyone. If you arrive outside of your designated reservation time, you will need to wait in line until your exact ticked time or the 30-minute reservation time following for entry.

Additionally, we have two lines, one for pre-purchased tickets and one for those looking for tickets. On very popular times and days, Friday and Saturdays in particular, there is likely going to be some wait associated with a high demand ticket time. Want to make the Nice list? Patience. Nothing is guaranteed as availability and tickets vary and we do our very best to get everyone in at their 30-minute ticketed time window.

Do you have reserved seating?

Ready to drink and be Merry with a couple of close friends? Frosty’s offers an extremely limited number of complimentary first come first serve seating areas for you to get toasty and celebrate the season with some friends!

Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

We want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your reservation or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your reservation to someone else.

Can I give my reservation away or sell it?

Yes. The reservation is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling reservations for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a reservation from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the reservation through Any reservations purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

Booking system logout times:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once a reservation slot is selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

We're on a trolley! Do you have any special deals?

We do love a good party on a trolley here at Frosty's but sleighs are still our favorite way to get around! Due to our demand and popularity, everyone interested in celebrating at Frosty’s is required to purchase an admission ticket or drink package offered on to join the Ultimate Christmas Party!

How do I transfer my reservation to another person?

To transfer a reservation, log in to your account and then select, "My Reservations". Each reservation has a transfer button next to it.

If I buy tickets starting at 4pm, how long can I stay?

We hope you stay all night! If your selected package includes a designated seating area, you are guaranteed your spot for the allotted two hour period but afterwards we encourage everyone to stay and party for as long as they'd like.

I purchased a ticket/package for a specific time, Do I need to arrive specifically at that time?

If you have purchased a ticket/package without reserved seating, arrive anytime within your 30-minute ticketing window and stay as long as you’d like!

For our packages including reserved seating, regardless of your group’s actual arrival time to Frosty’s, your guaranteed seating begins precisely at your purchased ticket time and ends after the allotted 2-hour reservation period. you are welcome to stay as long as you'd like! But no worries we’ll keep your spirits bright, you are welcome to stay at Frosty’s as long as you like!

Do I need a ticket?

Yes of course! Once you purchase your selected package you will receive an email confirmation. Then when your Frosty's Ultimate Party Night arrives, grab your ID, simply show us your confirmation (via phone or printed copy) and be ready to celebrate with us!

Whoops...I forgot to add my Santa Hats, how do I do that? I chose the wrong time of entry on the ticketing site, can I change it? I need to add one more ticket, can you help me?

It happens.  We push the button, and our order is placed, but we made a mistake.  Please just contact the support email/phone/live chat on the ticketing platform  where you purchased your ticket.  They will be able to help you "edit" your purchase. 

Do you have a lost and found?

Greetings from the North Pole! We are so sorry to hear you might have lost something. We do have a lost and found. Simply, contact us at and see we can help find your item! We hope you find what you are looking for!

Is alcohol available for purchase outside of the drink packages?

Absolutely! We love to bring on the party! Frosty's has full service bars serving seasonal cocktails, beer, wine and more!

Will tickets be sold at the door?

We highly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance online. Tickets will be sold at the door but drink packages will not be available for purchase. Additionally ticket prices at the door will be higher than pre-purchased tickets online and we do SELL OUT.

What age do you need to be to attend Frosty's?

We are a 21+ event throughout!

Is there parking?

There is pay to park street parking surrounding Frosty's that is available on a first come first serve basis...this is Chicago you know!

Additionally, there is valet parking. Price varies by night at the discretion of the valet company.

What should I wear?

Don your fancy dresses, Christmas gear, Santa Suits and Ugly Sweaters! This is Chicago's Ultimate Christmas Party, come decked out in your favorite festive wear and celebrate all night long!

Can I smoke?

No. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping event.

Do you serve food?

We specialize in Christmas Cheer & Jinglin' Minglin' and Tinglin'....we do NOT serve food here! Most Christmas merrymakers grab some food prior to their arrival or come party with us early and leave for a great dinner afterwards! Please note, outside food is not allowed to be ordered or brought in.
